Win Sein Taw Ya (Buddha Reclinado En Construccion, Sleeping Big Buddha)
Please note that we can NOT see the Reclining Sleeping Big Buddha from the big street, we can see just an entrance. At the entrance is the place where there is a gate of the crane 's? birds statue. It is on the left side from Mawlamyine. From Sitting Big Buddha is on the right side.
It is the biggest sleeping Reclining Big Buddha in Myanmar. I do not know why, there was a water slider in this Reclining Big Budha, but it is closed now. The outer side of the sleeping Big Buddha on the left side is nearly completed, the inside is still under construction. The inside looks like a museum and you can see the story of Buddha and Buddism. Is the perfection degree of the museum about 40%?
On the right side, there is only the face part of the big Buddha of the bed. It is planned to make it in the future.

There was a tremendously large male cow near the entrance. In Myanmar, stray cattle? I often see stray goats, stray dogs, and stray cats. Many house keeps chickens. I have not seen stray pigs. |

It is about 30 minutes south of Mawlamyine, and many foreigners are visiting this Sleeping Reclining Big Buddha. It seems that there are more people going by motorbike taxi. There is also a huge sitting Big Buddha, so we recommendyou to go with it. This Sitting Big Buddha seems not to be famous so much, itseems that foreigners are not visiting so much, but if you have time, youshould go. This Sitting Big Buddha will be about an hour from Mawlamyine, andFrom Reclining Sleeping Big Buddha is 30mins. The road is also the same as the sleeping Buddha
